Founder, Clinical Psychologist
I have done Bachelors and Masters in Clinical Psychology post which I worked for a year at a USA based emotional wellness company called wayForward and also created mental health modules for a startup based in Singapore. To pursue my dream to become a clinical psychologist, I did M.Phil in Clinical Psychology where I was extensively trained in government, private, Army and Airforce setups (In patient and outpatient). I am a certified Queer Affirmative Counselling Practitioner (Mariwala Heath Initiative) and have a Pg Certificate in Attachment Theory (International Attachment Network, UK).
I am registered with Rehabilitation Council of India as a Clinical Psychologist and practice using an eclectic approach with a trauma focused lens.
My mission is to make mental health more inclusive and looking at individuals beyond labels. I strongly believe in learning, unlearning and relearning to keep myself updated with the current research. Mental health is my safe place and Psychology renders me in a state of flow. I love having coffee with friends, birds and roaming around in forests!

Senior Therapist
I’m a psychologist with a Master’s in Clinical Psychology and an MSc in Differential Psychology from the University of Edinburgh. Over the past 8+ years, I’ve had the opportunity to work with people across different stages and circumstances of life, both in traditional mental health settings and through digital therapy.
I work with concerns such as anxiety, emotional distress, relationships, loneliness, self-worth, and patterns that can sometimes feel difficult to understand or change. My approach is insight-oriented, which means we spend time making sense of your experiences, emotions, and patterns—not just managing what feels difficult on the surface.
I believe that each person already carries a unique set of strengths, experiences, and ways of coping. Therapy, for me, is about creating a space where we can gently explore these together and discover which tools might help you navigate where you are right now.
I’ve always been curious about what makes people who they are—their stories, personalities, relationships, and the little things that shape them. Outside of work, I’m a pet parent to two furry babies. You’ll often find me reading in a quiet corner or spending time with my dogs—both of which are some of my favourite ways to slow down and recharge.

Clinical Psychologist (A)
I work with adolescents and adults experiencing a range of emotional, psychological, and interpersonal concerns. I aim to understand each person within their unique circumstances and shape the therapeutic process around their needs and goals.
My areas of clinical interest include anxiety, stress, self-esteem, emotional regulation, relationship concerns, and adjustment difficulties. I also work with more complex psychological difficulties that can significantly affect daily functioning and well-being.
I strive to create a space where you can express yourself openly and feel respected throughout the therapeutic process. I believe therapy is collaborative, and I work with you to understand your concerns and explore meaningful ways forward.
A little about me: Give me a good playlist, a long drive, and I’m happy. I also love spending time with my friends and making plans that usually involve good conversations and even better food.
